Gurucharan (30), a local resident of Kavali, Nellore Dt, AP was a Civil Engineering graduate but works as an attendant in the Collector's office to support his mother and brother since his father's death. In the medical Jargon, he has malfunction of both the kidneys and will survive only through surgery that costs him 6.25 Lakhs. Dejected and helpless, Gurucharan could only think of a helping hand that saves his life and say that he is going is live.

LIFE has responded and sprung to its feet with the mission of letting this disadvantaged young man overcome the disaster and live his life. We called for support of this young man's life among different levels of the society and highlighted the generosity in them. Built a base-line level of funding through increased awareness and promised assurance for the funds to reach Gurucharan's family either through LIFE or through Demand Draft.
